Catcha Late Night King

The way I will always remember watching David Letterman
The time has come to farewell David Letterman. He has been a wonder on the air for 33 years and has kept us entertained in the wee hours of the night. Comedians, rock stars, and Bill Murray.

David Letterman will be replaced by Stephen Colbert in September. Letterman made Top Ten lists and ironic humour staples of television comedy and influenced a generation of performers and it was made evident by the list of celebrities who came to see him off. The list included Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock, Jim Carrey, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Barbara Walters, Peyton Manning and Alec Baldwin along with Fey and Martin.

It was also reported that a few audience members were seen leaving teary-eyed after the show. It is, indeed, a very sad sight to see a legend retiring.

Surprise! ... Bill Murray jumped out of giant cake on his
final appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman.

As for Colbert, I think I'll stick to watching Jimmy Fallon and Ellen.

#ByeBye
